The Dark (Wolf) by Dean Breckenridge

This is a nice fast-paced pulpy read. Follow Wolf, the urban problem solver is asked by millionaire Murray Fulton to find his kidnapped daughter.
Wolf is almost a Batman-style kind of guy, meeting his cop contact on rooftops, dressing in black and working above the law.
There isn't much character development here, though there are some interesting insights into Wolf's character every now and then. There IS a lot of action and twists, and those are the things I want out of a book like this. On those Wolf delivers!
I'm intrigued by Wolf and eager to find out more about him and see how he interacts with cops and crooks alike.
